A distribution network your institution owns — not one you rent from a competitor. Single-principal compliant, rolled out across any retail footprint, and carrying far more than cash-in and cash-out.
Single-principal is in force. Agents are tied to one Principal until contract expiry — and PTSA routing evidence is due 31 July 2026. See what it means for your institution →
Backed by Expert Dojo · Operating since 2018Under CBN's single-principal rules, only a licensed deposit-taking institution can be a Principal. We are precise about who we serve — and honest about who we don't.
Stand up an agent network you own, meet single-principal rules, and stop handing deposits to the national agent networks. Consumer banking on the same core.
Licensed OFIs that can act as a Principal — own your distribution, run compliant agent operations, and extend into lending and savings products.
Manage a compliant network at scale — agent tiering, float, geo-fenced terminals, and PTSA-routed settlement across all six zones.
Use UCARD as the processing and agent-management backbone for high-volume, low-value transactions across mobile and USSD.
Cooperatives are not CBN Principals — so we do not sell them agency banking. We digitise member collections, savings, disbursement, and field operations on the same software.
Go to market on a production-ready, API-first core — consumer banking, compliance, channels, and settlement without building from scratch.
Agent income has fallen sharply under the new rules. The only way it recovers is more products per agent. Cash-in and cash-out is where the rail starts — savings, loans, asset finance, and pensions are what make it worth owning.
Put a neobank-grade experience in your customers' hands — under your own brand and your own licence. The app, the onboarding, and the everyday banking they now expect as standard.
Everything a licensed institution needs to run its own compliant agent network — and turn agents, shops, pharmacies, or franchise outlets into full-service banking points.
Put productive-asset lending on the agent rail — remote-lock collateral control, originated and collected through the network your institution already owns.
Micropension and long-term savings, aggregated through your agents. A product the national networks cannot bundle — and the reason an agent's income recovers.
The interfaces your team and agents use every day to manage accounts, payments, and field operations.

The 2025 Agent Banking Guidelines rewrote the rules. Agents are tied to one Principal until contract expiry. Terminals must be geo-fenced and PTSA-routed with GPS coordinates, or they cannot transact — with evidence due 31 July 2026. Paystation ships with the whole stack: dedicated agent accounts, BVN/NIN due diligence, geo-fencing, PTSA reporting, and a 7-day complaint SLA. No second-tier institution should have to build this.
